Processing Time: Each 3D-printed case is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation before shipping.
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our cases are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If that happens, please:
1. Messages us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include photos and your order number.
3. We’ll replace or refund your order once the issue is confirmed.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins.
